1. Does the price included VAT?

Yes, the price includes VAT of 17%.

2. What types of payment we offer?

Persons residing in Sarajevo, we offer two payment options:
1.You pay directly to our bank account
2. Payment by delivery.

Companies and Persons living in BiH and EU countries.
You transfer the amount to our account number.

(Prepay).

3. Are there extra shipping costs?

      For the area of Sarajevo delivery is free.
For other areas delivery is charged in accordance
with the current price list of courier service.

     4.  When can I expect delivery of ordered goods?
Most of our products are delivered within 24 hours.
Your order wil be confirmed by a telephone call,
where we wil arranged exactly the time of delivery.

     5. Can I order do without  to register?
Yes, you can purchase through our e-mail address info@bagatela.ba,
where you should specify the name, number of items and quantity,
and we will do the registration for you.

      6. Why do some items have no price?
Items, such as Cisco appliances, we pay in dollars.
Dollar is very weak and the prices are changing daily.
